Land is hired through direct negotiations with landowners or permanently acquired under Land Acquisition Act 1894 through relevant Deputy Commissioner.

Key Functions

⦁    Hiring/ De-hiring & Acquisition of land as per the requirement of the Company.
⦁    Periodic review of rates of land compensation throughout the country.    
⦁    Execution of agreements.
⦁    Restoration of land before handing over to the land owner.
